We had a really enjoyable visit to Country Paradise. As a birdwatcher, I was desperate to see the Spiny Babbler (the only species of bird in the world that is unique to Nepal). We had amazing views of several of them. Couldn\'t have done better. It was great to see what Bharat is doing with his organic coffee and to hear him talk about how his dream has developed and what he hopes it will achieve for his community. As always, Bharat was the perfect host. His friendly, smiling staff were always helpful and the food was delicious. If you want to see the real Nepal then this is it.
